Hi Sean I checked LED defect history. 0001129:0008703 Long Term Solution from 2021/06/20; D/C 210620 I think the root cause needs to be reexamined Foxconn with vender. is this case also return to Factory? Thanks SON |

Hi SH, I thought the two defective units were returned from field, but it looks like they were found in SKB's warehouse via incoming inspection. So, Yes, I agree with you that we should reexamined the root cause of the defect. Hi Mr. Sean Chiang and Mr. Dennis Lu, Those 2 defect samples were not from field. We found it during acceptance inspection. So these have never been used by users. We should have acceptance inspection in SKB Factory when we receive product from your factory. It is new products. BR SuhYoung YOON |

Hi SH, VN factory commented both these 2 DUTs test result is pass to shipment. For the further discussion, PQE hope to have these 2 DUTs back to double-checking. According to VN customs policy, could you help to deliver these 2 DUTs back based on DOA (the whole packing, label, accessories shall be kept as the original shipment)? |
